Terms of Use for Soft Days ASMR Document date: 2026-11-03 1. The game Soft Days ASMR is an entertainment game about opening collectible toy boxes, collecting characters and interacting with squishy toys. These terms cover the game version described in the in-app notices. 2. Personal use and original assets The publisher provides permission to use the game for your personal entertainment, subject to applicable law and these terms. This does not transfer ownership of the game's models, illustrations, sound, UI, scripts or brand. Do not copy, resell or redistribute those assets as your own unless the publisher or applicable law permits it. Open-source components and licensed fonts remain governed by their own licenses. 3. Collectibles and game currency Game currency, collectibles and duplicate quantities are virtual game records, not money, financial products or a promise of resale value. Random boxes can give duplicates. Check the in-game probability disclosure before opening; a particular character is not guaranteed unless the game explicitly says otherwise. The current shop's labeled purchase and advertisement simulations do not take payment or establish real store entitlements. 4. Saving and optional Google features The game supports local progress. Cloud save is optional and only available when its Google service configuration is enabled and working. A supported account, Google service availability and a network connection are needed. Unsynchronized local progress is not guaranteed to appear on another device. Use the same supported account for recovery. Different accounts have separate cloud records. If local and cloud records conflict, read the comparison before choosing an entire save to use. A restore can replace local progress. No conflict choice adds two inventories or currency balances together. Disconnecting synchronization does not delete your Google account or automatically erase a cloud save. Review the Privacy Policy and Google's own terms for their services. 5. Responsible use Do not use the game or its optional services to infringe another person's rights or disrupt the service. Altering progress files or application code can damage saves or produce unsupported results. Where local rules require parental permission to agree to these terms or use optional account services, a parent or guardian should review them. The game is for entertainment; it does not promise medical or other professional outcomes. 6. Availability, updates and applicable rights Development builds may contain incomplete art, test features or defects. Updates can change presentation, supported features and compatibility. The publisher should communicate material changes affecting data use or these terms. Do not rely on an unconfirmed upload or an unfinished feature as your only progress backup. Nothing in these terms removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer or other mandatory law does not allow a contract to exclude. 7. Privacy and contact The Privacy Policy explains progress data, Google features, controls and current deletion limitations.
